What was the highlight of Ibis Rouen Centre Rive Gauche Mermoz
Very Good
clean and easy to get to when travelling though Rouen. Plenty of secure parking. Next to the rugby pitch, so ideal if you're going to watch games there. 15 minute walk to town
I'd suggest looking at street view before going if you're driving a night - the exit for the parking is easy to miss. (not the hotel's fault)

It provided us with a comfortable night’s shelter on a long journey.
Our bed was comfortable and the sofa bed for our daughter was more comfortable than it looked.
We didn’t find it that easily but perhaps due to an old GPS system.

Disappointing stay - poor value for money
Spacious room and good powerful shower. Friendly welcome by reception team.
Drainage smells in bathroom. Toilet cracked. Very poor quality pillows. We ate in the restaurant food was average. Went to bar for a drink after but lack of staff to serve ended up walking away. We paid €120 for 1 night with dog and breakfast inc but don’t think it was value for money compared to other hotels we have stayed in.

Access to car park and then walk to hotel with no overhead cover, frustrating when it's raining
